Studio KONSTRUK and/or its principals have been directly involved in the following projects, bringing years of experience in the residential, hotel, retail, office, healthcare, religious, education, green principles, community-based projects and lodge design. Principal Architect Jako Nice is a specialist in Healthy Building design and founder of the Healthy Building Laboratory (HBL) collaboration between TUT University Architecture department and CSIR Smart Places Innovative Infrastructure Unit. Principal Designer JD Eksteen is a specialist in Residential, Retail and Hospitality Design and has been involved in design/build (BOT) projects for the last 20 years with a focus on sustainable building methods, processes and materials.
